Ok what I need help with is kinda hard to explain... so here goes... CLICK HERE FOR EXAMPLE Look at the bottom right how do you get the links in a picture like that... like look & feel... ect?

thats called imaging mapping

go here

that teaches u how to make a skin and to use image map
