Stupidity Abounds..., Need help with code. Options

My stupidity is getting the better of me now...

Now, you put that in the custom header and it's supposed to make the chatterbox appear on the outside of the div frame, correct? Because whenever I use it it blacks out everything on the blog except for navi. I've tried everything that I can think of and, like usual, my stupidity overwhelms me and my attempts at smartness.

Help... Please??

did yu try chaning the margin or the color? i have no clue .. lol
