I suck in my tummy to look thinner.
will this affect anyother aspects of my body? like, will it destort my ba- ck--»¿?¿  Also, I cant stand f-or lond periouds of a time, becasue my back and legs realy start to hu- rt. Please tell me. I'm a little worr- ied. and, one more thing...how can other people tell you suck it? cuz i was with my couson at the pool an d she said "why are you sucking in , niine?" and im like "oh...i'm just cold." and ever cents then i have been wondering how she knew! ok-->»> |

Don't think so
 I've read in some magazine that you can make your tummy smaller if you suck it in for 5 seconds, 10 times a day. Not sure if that will work tho. Too lazy to try it
