i'm thinkin about purchasin one to help better my skills on ps and psp i wondered what you think of them and are they worth buying?

Hm... I donno... having one would be cool... but I can already make awesome layouts/graphics/etc. with a mouse... I would only use it for drawing or something like that.
 I don't think it would be worth buying for making graphics... but I've never used one or anything like that... and like I said, I would only use it for drawing cuz I just don't see why you would need a tablet for... photoshop...
