 Anyhow, how can one develop a relationship from what could be a normal crush to a full fledged bf-gf gig?

just get to know them... and make sure they're getting to know you.
i actually don't really know how my relationships become what they are. they just do... haha... i guess it's all in time. hope that made sense.
