am I the only person that puts bread in the fridge to keep it from spoiling?

We have this weird ass cabinet that has humidity control that we put our bread in.
It's normal room temperature, just controls the moisture that gets to the bread, and prevents mold. I think you can leave fresh bread in there for 3+weeks safely. |
