if you are feeling bad because you were to harsh on him, don't. it's not like you said "eh...you are WAY to ugly for me sorry." you just told the truth that you didn't like him like that, and if you don't, it's better to tell the truth than say " uhmm...maybe i would like to go out with you later." because then that is giving him hope...which if you don't have plans of dating him now OR in the future..it's false hope. we all have to admit we have at least a little shallowness in us...and for all you know the guy could grow up and be REALLY hot...that would suck arse...but be kinda funny
 . Heh. Anyways...to sum it all up: I wouldn't feel bad, you told the truth, you were honest, BUT you didn't hurt his feelings by calling him ugly, which you could have done. Have a good one.
