I just got braces the other day, and I swear, they hurt like a mother.
Paiiiinnnnn....  Does anyone have any remedies?

i got braces in march...when i got them my mom suggested that i eat soft foods but i was so stubborn and said i wanted a burger and fries..one bite of a fry and i couldn't even chew it becaue it hurt so much.
my advice..eat lots of pudding, ice cream, soup and jello. xD it'll be fine in a week...if you have to eat solid food break it into small pieces and swallow it whole.. |
