I just got braces the other day, and I swear, they hurt like a mother.
Paiiiinnnnn....  Does anyone have any remedies?

I had them for 2 years, they feel like that once you first get them on and every time you get them tightened. Id always take pain killers but it never really helped that much. just eat soft food and within a week the pain should be gone.
