I just got braces the other day, and I swear, they hurt like a mother.
Paiiiinnnnn....  Does anyone have any remedies?

chew gum?? you cant even chew anything if it hurts that much when i first got braces, a few hours later it hurt A LOT i could chew anything for like a week |
