i think theres somethin wrong with me... i can't fall asleep within an hour i go to bed!!!.... i'm serious.. i mean last night i went to bed at like... 12..... but fell asleep around 4 tha last time i checked..... augh... it pisses me off.... i wanted to wake up early but i woke up at like 11:30.. can anyone give me advice on how to fall alseep faster????

i had the same problem.
but then i had to read ben franklins autobiography and it changed my life because whenever i would pick it up to read it i would fall asleep. thus, my insomnia cured solution-buy ben franklin. its the best waste of $4 youll ever spend that wont be a total waste |
