i think theres somethin wrong with me... i can't fall asleep within an hour i go to bed!!!.... i'm serious.. i mean last night i went to bed at like... 12..... but fell asleep around 4 tha last time i checked..... augh... it pisses me off.... i wanted to wake up early but i woke up at like 11:30.. can anyone give me advice on how to fall alseep faster????

i'm the same 2. i went 2 bed at 10:30 n couldnt sleep 4 about 3 hours! itz probably because i was anxious or i think 2 much. iono maybe next time u should wake up early like way early that u feel sleepy. i tried 2 tire myself out doing chores. lol i think i have a sleeping disorder. maybe becuz summer makes me hyped. lol
