ok so i realize what im doing wrong with my weight loss- it turns out i do well during the day (food wise) but then at night i get very bored- so i night eat- to lose weight all i need to do is stop night eating but to do that i need something to do at night- u guys have any suggestions on how to keep myself occupied at night?
