alright i started skating a few years ago and then stopped for 2 years n i picked my board up the otherday and started olleing and ****.... i tried 2 do some kickflips and heelflips... but i couldnt get the board 2 rotate the entire way or catch it ... i searched online for all these tips but they dont help... so any skaters out there please help me out

i'm not a skater, i shouldn't be in here. =[. but i've been on a skateboard once!!! my friend tried to teach me, then he gave up.=[
i used to be really into skaters. not the ones that can do crap on the street but the ones i actually see at the skate parks. some of them are really hot, especially on a skateboard. but... lately all the guys i know quit.
