im thinking about getting an ipod but i think i heard somewhere that they detect mp3s that come from kazaa and similar programs and wont allow you to transfer them into the ipod. is this true?

i got one of these guys
 not too much space, but i got it for free (came with the computer) so i'm not complaining. there are larger editions too |
