eh, I guess it would be okay to have cell phones in school. When you're in college (or my college) you are allowed to have them, as long as you turn your phones off or put them on silent while in class. However, a lot of people forget to turn off their phones in class, and their phones are always ringing disrupting the professor...
 so I think that as long as students turn off their phones during class, and don't make phone calls during class then it's okay to have them in school...
