i've been going out with this boy for 3 years.. and i relly love him, but no one sees us together... *sigh*.. only sometimes people sees us together. we don't even talk that much. and i don't think so he is even going to vote for me for the 9th grade Vice prez, and i running against my friend wynette...

If he isn't talking to you, maybe he's trying to let you know he is losing interest. Not necessarily the deal, I just know that when guys are at that age that can be what they do when they aren't feeling it any more. And also, you are only in ninth grade, which means you guys have been together since sixth or seventh? Myaby you should both get out there and see what else is there for you. I am not trying to say that you are too young for love or anything like that, but I am saying that at your age, you should maybe be more concerned with things like your family, friends, and school.
