NAVIGATION DROPDOWN COLOR CHANGE Options

well i wana change the color of the arrow, the border, and the little square that has the arrow

oh and i want to change the background from white to something else....

and by the way.... i used a divider for this navigation bar.... am i supposed to use something else?
(i tried xquizits .select thing and it didnt work)
