I wouldn't say that the High School years were the best of my life, but I did have a fun time growing up, making new friends, and learning skills that I still consider important.
If you're worry about academics, then trust me when I tell you: "don't slack off in your freshman year", because those grades will haunt you when senior year rolls along and you have to fill out those college aps and send in transcripts. If you're worry about socializing, you won't die from not being in the 'popular' groups. You just have to keep your eyes/mind open (figuratively speaking) for prospective friends. |
