it's hard to but do something that can get your mind off of him...but what i have done in the past is take a notebook and just write a bunch of thoughts that have occurred in my head while with him and then what happened...i just try to get it all out...and then once i'm done writing the story of "us" i throw everything that reminded me of him away...it usually helps me...but i dont know if it would help you just try to cope with some one about it...
