do boyfriends usually like or hate their girlfriends wearing makeup? errr, I was told by my boyfriend that he doesn't like it when i wear makeup

How do I say this....I don't think they should care for powder on your face or even eyeshadow. whatever! If he really loves you, then he should just love you for who you are and not makeup. I don't think it really matters because some, I'm not saying all, but some of them really ...looks like clowns..and clowns scare me.
And plus, it's like this...If they like makeup, sh1t, they should put makeup on themselves and let them see how pretty they are. If they like shaved legs, they should shave their legs so they can feel up on themselves...so yeah.. hehe :D and etc.
