I use JPG the most... and it's by far the best. I stay away from PNG and only use GIF when I make transparent images.
With photoshop, you can adjust how the JPG, PNG, GIF, etc. quality. When set on the highest (12), a JPG can look as great as any PNG. The only problem is that it's a huge file size and that it can take a while to load on a 56KB (dial-up) modem (when the quality is set 12 at least) So I put my vote for JPG.
