love, why's the word thrown around so loosely Options

this has been bugging me for a lonnnng time. proably since about grade 5, when we all started dating and having our fun little boyfriends and girlfriends. i just never saw how it was possible that after going out with somebody for one or two weeks (or even days), you could absolutely love them.

i see this everywhere, even to this day. seriously, hardly any of the people who announce it daily on their sn's, journals etc, actually know what love is.

does this piss anyone else off. i don't believe that the majority of us could actually have the opportunity of falling in love in our teen years. i'm not saying it couldn't happen, of course it could. but not in the large percentage that everyone is claiming.

It's just extremely annoying because if this word is being used so often, what the hell will we say in the future when we actually love someone with all our heart?

yeah sometimes it really gets to me when someone says " i love you " too much and you dont even feel it anymore, nor appreciate it and the word love should never be abused it eventually gets boring, but yet again it wont hurt for your boyfriend to remind they love you sometimes
