hmm...
im guessing she did these things (possibly): 1] made a new layout on photoshop 2] filled with gradient 3] chose "color" as blending option 4] repeated that only with different colors and different directions. 5] duplicated image after blending and flattening iamge 6] changed duplicated image to grayscale 7] made the grayscale one into bitmap, with diamond and 300 (or less) setting on the second popup. 8] copied image and pasted unto the original blend 9] either lowered the opacity or changed blending mode  something like that i guess. But i wouldnt know because 2nekked is way to elite for me  but try that if you ahve photoshop.
