ok..i have a webcam and its like the only camera i have thats connected to the computer..so how do i post the webcam pictures?? i tried ..but it doesnt werk!! help?

so do i just save it on like on a file? becuase its a webcam so its already saved in a file..and i uploaded it to yahoo photos and tried to put it on..doesnt werk..sonething about dynamic images or sumthing..
