1)is photoshop the same as photodeluxe? because my computer came with photodeluxe

2)Where can u dowload photoshop or a program that makes animations?

Making animations is very simple. All you have to do is make all your layers in photoshop and then transfer that to Image Ready.

1) Make sure you are in the animation panel. (Window>Show Animation)
2) Create a new frame
3) Change the layer for each frame.
4) Adjust the time
