If you mean THINK ABOUT as in LIKE-LIKE them while you're in a relationship, that's a no no! Unless you truly don't like whoever you're dating...
 Bleh I have thought about someone else while in a relationship. That was when i was with my ex lol. Bleh i started to like someone (I forgot who) while i dated my ex in 8th grade lol. BLeh that relatiionship only lasted 1.5 months anyways..  But if you're in a serious relationship, it's a no no! Only think of friendly thoughts about others!
