moving custom module, to line up with the search engine box Options

could someone please tell me how to move the custom modules down so that it lines up with search engine box? like how it is with regular modules. and is there any way i could move custom modules to the right?

and for the modules on the right, there was a user named sinellis that used 2 custom modules with a tables design. do a search and pm sinells.
