Do any of you practice martial arts? If so, list the one(s) you study..
I took 6 months of TKD.. lately I've been taking private Jiu-Jutsu/Muay Thai instruction... Drop some info on your school/ranking, or times Martial Arts has helped you out, physically OR mentally.. and hit me up on AIM if you want.. I love MA so it'd be great to talk about it (don't have to be about Martial Arts though) |

I'm thinking of starting.. I'm 13, average size, I work out a little.
Should I just go to my rec center and get some of those flyers on Martial Arts classes and call some teachers to join? |
