when do you prefer to take them?
i usually like to take them before i go to sleep because i love going to sleep with a warm, clean feeling! but showers after sports are an exceptioooonn. but today for some reason i woke up early and felt like a taking a shower, so i took one. and it feels pretty good, but i'd still prefer to take them at night.

hmm... I usually hate taking showers in the morning but I am forced to do so or I'll fall asleep during school
 But then my will power isn't all that great, I give up all the time so I end up taking a shower during the afternoon if school started around 9-10 sure, morning showers would be great.
