Internet addict, is that wrong? Options

I always feel deppressed, I can never start conversations with people. I can't stand to have someone look at me, so I just stare at the ground all of the time. I feel like everyone either hates me or doesn't even notice me. I do have one best friend, but not much besides that. The only place I feel cared for is on the internet. I want to be noticed and yet. . . I'd rather be online. Advice or anything?

well i just joined last month and look at the # of post i have lol, anywho my buddy list is pretty much full but i only talk to a few certain people , theres nothing wrong with that but eh im trying harder now to bond with my friends

advice :
be more social,go out whenever u can, that means going shopping with a gaurdian or going places with ur friends, just take ur opportunities to go out...

on aim just because people dont msg you,that doesnt mean they dont really want to talk to u, so talk to them and try to catch up on things or try to know them better haha...

maybe u stair at the ground whenpeople look at u cuz u got low confidence and are paranoid, i use to do that, haha now i make eye contact and sometimes wink!(lol not very often)

if u have 1 best friend thats good enough,but try to be close with more than 1 person cuz it opens ur life up to new things and people......
