ermm i just dowloaded the trial version on psp8 basically i dont know how it works ... im trying to blend but i dont know how ... i read the blending tutorial topics here and i tries to do it but its so hard for me ...could somebody help me out ?

Thats where the freehand button is. To make a new layer just go to the top toolbar and click layers, then click which type you want [new vecter/raster layer]. If you want to make a new layer thats kinda like pasting an image onto another image press Ctrl+L
