I like a 17 year old and he likes me. (14 by the way.) But he says the age difference is bad because its "like rape." Wtf? Is it bad to go out with a guy 3 years older than you?

If he doesn't want to go out with you, you can't force him to. Except the fact he doesn't think it's right.
Since you're 14 and he's 17, it isn't illegal or anything of the sort. Maybe it feels awkward for him since you're younger than him....
