I like a 17 year old and he likes me. (14 by the way.) But he says the age difference is bad because its "like rape." Wtf? Is it bad to go out with a guy 3 years older than you?

I thought in most places it was, like, 4 or more age difference if both aren't over 18 is considered statutory if you have sex, but there isn't any laws against dating someone older than you(there might be religious ones somewhere though)...
