uhh yeah i wrote this right after me and my ex broke up...for once its 100% true, nothing stretched for the sake of drama. i think thats the scariest part. anyways onto the poem:
"I don't love you anymore" The words just fell out. I could hear your heart breaking And for second I had doubt "I have to go," you said But I made you stay I couldn't leave you like that Had to work it out some way Your infinite anger unleashed My tears began to fall You talked of someone to kill And suddenly I didn't want to live at all. and a quote that seems to just fit with this: "Last night I prayed the Lord my soul to keep, then I cried myself to sleep, so sure life wouldn't go on without you..." as always, comments welcomed |
