can someone help me? i can't find the render tool... its not under filter, nor is it grayed out unselectable. i can't find it at all.. if sumone cud help me, i cud send u a screenshot of the filter menu that i haf right now to show u wat i mean... thx!

yea i thot i might attach this so everyoen knows wat im talking about...
i seriously have no idea wats wrong wit my comp... im running windows 98 on a pentium II system...
