can someone help me? i can't find the render tool... its not under filter, nor is it grayed out unselectable. i can't find it at all.. if sumone cud help me, i cud send u a screenshot of the filter menu that i haf right now to show u wat i mean... thx!

woops sryy sryy i haf it all messed up... i have ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 7 yea there we go, and i can find the render effect. help? sry for the confusion...
