can someone help me? i can't find the render tool... its not under filter, nor is it grayed out unselectable. i can't find it at all.. if sumone cud help me, i cud send u a screenshot of the filter menu that i haf right now to show u wat i mean... thx!

paintshop pro isnt adobe, photoshop is. i have psp8 and i dont even have a clue what render is...
