im a shy person when it comes to telling people u like them....well ive liked some1 for 1 yr and im thinking about telling him,but i dont have the guts to.what r some ways to approach him?

i think you should just be straight out with him. however, i'm not sure how it might turn out because whenever i liked a guy, they always found out without me saying anything.
