is there like a program where you can save a file as jpg and gif and they won't come out blurry ? the paint program in my computer makes the images blurry everytime i save it as a jpg. i already know fireworks and photoshop can do that but is there any other program that could do this?

well you could save them in png format there reallie clear! just open up you image in paint and go to fil>>save as
