met daniel johns from silverchair when i was at a record store in sydney. it was greatness. i walked in and went to the rock section.. and he was there. didnt say anything to him.. at first. i just started flipping through cds .. and then i got to his side, and i couldn't not say anything...
me: are you who i think you are? daniel: who do you think i am? me: daniel paul johns daniel: damn, you know my middle name? me: *realizing what i said.. now blushing furiously* apparently, yes, i do.. ummm.. could you sign this for me? *holding out a piece of paper* daniel: i guess so *signs paper* and then i left him alone.. and couldnt find the cd i wanted.. then someone shoved a minor threat cd in my face.. daniel: this one's good. looked like you were having trouble. *smiling* me: oh, thanks. i already have this one though... do they have any fugazi cds? daniel: oh yeah.. *turns and digs through a pile* here. me: yay. yeah.. and then he left. wish he'd signed the cd too. lol. but that was really cool.. havent met anyone else though. but thats okay. ^^ |
