Hiya and welcome to createBlog! Well to begin? Hm.. you could look at the tutorials in the webdesign chat. That is, if you have adobe photoshop or anything. Hopefully you'll learn and maybe submit a skin or two, it would be awesome if you do decide to sometime soon or later ^_^ Well anyways have fun and enjoy your stay =D
