how many people here play some sort of musical instrument? if you do, how long have you been playing and how did you learn?
i've been teaching myself piano for about 3 years and my friend just started teaching me how to play the guitar a few weeks ago.

i play flute and ive been playing since 6th grade...so its been about three and half years...
yeah ive taught myself some piano songs, but when i was younger i took it for bout 5 years before i quit i got some marching band thing tomorrow.. so im still doing flute
