OK. well yea.
My opinion on bush is that hes a moron that has no idea on what hes doing. he creates so much controversy on so many little issues that he should have nothing to do with.
example one: Lesbian/Gay Marital rights
No one should have control over who you can & cannot love, if a gay/lesbian couple wants to declare their commitment for each other then let them, & if they want to get married then let them, & also let them have the same benefits as straight married couples.. its not fair just to be deprived just because you love someone of the same sex.
example two: starting a war for an inept reason
Bush started the war on terrorisim, on no soild foundation. he could have just made the whole thing up to make his fatehr proud of him, being so in the past bush seinor had issues with iraq/al quidea (sp.) so exactly what im trying to say is that bush doesnt even know whats going on in his war.

i am out of examples right now ..
but anyways, yes. bush is a moronic idiot.

based on the posts in this thread, i can tell that most of you guys:

1) follow the crowd (your friends, your parents)
OR
2) are uneducated, and have no idea why you support a certain side

1st...look at this poll. it's already biased. "he sucks", "he's a moron". good job...

ok...you can say that you dislike the President, but at least give a reason (a good one...not just "he sucks" or some stupid opinionated reason).

definition of "marriage" as found on merriamwebster.com - the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law

was the United States not founded on the principles of Christianity? shouldn't it stay that way?

i'm more of a republican, but clinton was ond of the best presidents we've had in a while (besides Reagan). he did screw up by having an affair w/ his secretary, but he's done so many good things to help our country. and i bet all presidents have their own dirty secrets (even though they may not all be known)

this is actually one of the few things i agree w/ in this thread. of course, 9/11 was a tragic day because a countless number of lives were lost. but think about it...how long was our country patriotic? 6 months? and look at us now: we're so divided by parties, pro and anti war, pro and anti bush, etc.

will it really take another tragic event like 9/11 (or even worse) to get our country back to how it should be?

in some cases, i agree...but in other cases (including this one), war is the answer

think about before WWII. germany was invading countries left and right, but britain and france just gave them warnings because they didn't wanna get involved. and look what happened: germany ignored them and kept invading. once they invaded belgium, britain finally decided to wage war.

would the US have to wait until terrorists attacked before we made a move? wait...it already happened (not really...since we attacked iraq and not saudi)
