haha sorry if i'm bothering you guys but i'm just a dumbnut like this.
i want to make a skin, and i've been working on some buttons and backgrounds with photoshop, but i do not know ANYTHING about skins. like for instance...

1]how do you basically make a skin? the only thing i noe about css style sheet (or whatever it is called ) is how to make hover effects (like you know, spacing, color changing, filters, blurs, etc...) is there any place where i can find a tutorial on skins?

2] also, i've seen some people make some flash graphics. The only kind of blinkie or "moving" animation i can make is on adobe imageready. How do you make them on flash anyways?

i know these questions are REALLY vague, but if anyone can help me owtz, that'll be nice. [No one posted on this already... right? Hopefully? i think no one did...]
