Need help with "Scrollbar in your entries" code! |

Ok, I was looking through xanga scripts on here and found a two-part code (createblog script)that is supposed to put a scrollbar in your entries automatically, so I did what it said, and nothing happened.
Then I was scrolling through other people's post and noticed that a lot of other people had problems because I guess they left part out or something but then they fixed it, but I am trying it after it has supposedly been fixed and still nothing happens on my page. Of people who were posting that it wasn't working for them, most later said that they got it to work. I'm new at this, so if anyone could please, just tell me which code works and which doesn't and put the one that I am to use in here, I will be more than greatful
