What do you do when you love someone so much, but you also just yell at them for no good reason, then you end up getting in a fight. Is that true love? What should you do? Please suggest something

We argue about how we don't talk about our feelings, and when it gets so bad that we don't talk about our feelings, we end up fighting. He wants me to tell him how I feel, because I am depressed and he knows I bottle things in, so he just doesn't want me to bottle things in so I get even more depressed. Like if I am mad at him he wants me to say instead of just sitting there quitely. You know what I mean???
