how many people here play some sort of musical instrument? if you do, how long have you been playing and how did you learn?
i've been teaching myself piano for about 3 years and my friend just started teaching me how to play the guitar a few weeks ago.

I took piano lessons for 4 years. I was really good, I would compete and stuff. I just got so bored with it though. The only thing my teacher let me play was new age stuff, which gets really old. It's pretty, but no fun to play.
Now I'm taking guitar lessons. I was supposed to go today, but I was sick. I've been playng for close to a year, I'm not to good though. Once I master guitar I want to learn a jazz instrument, because jazz is sexy. |
