Well I've been looking to no avail for help with my problem so I come to you. When I connect my ipod to my computer Itunes begins putting songs on my harddrive and then itunes locks up and stops uploading music. When I unplug the Ipod itunes unfreezes and works fine. The update just wont finish on the ipod. I've reinstalled itunes, reformatted the ipod and updated it. None of these work. Sometimes it uploads about 200 songs and sometimes it only uploads 5 or so. Does anyone know what I could do. Any suggestions would do.

aww...no one helped you for 6 days.....you must feel distressed.
i had this problem. but it`s not a problem actually...it`s part of the setup thing. it`s doing it automatically because it`s switched on. you need to switch it to "manual". yet i forgot how..
