can i do ANYTHING in adobe photoshop elements 2.0?!? blending, vectors, etc...
thats the only thing i have, and i dont see ANYTHING about doing webdesign in elements 2.0...?

you'll have to blend without masking... aka, make use of the opacity change for each layer + eraser 'airbrush' tool.
